ABOUT THE ROLE-

We are looking for attentive, detail-oriented individuals to evaluate AI-generated speech audio. You will listen to audio clips and assess their quality across multiple dimensions, helping improve the naturalness and accuracy of voice AI systems. This is a remote, flexible contract role with no prior technical experience required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO-

• Listen to AI-generated audio clips and rate their quality on a scale of 1–5
• Evaluate audio across five key dimensions: pacing, prosody, naturalness, transcript accuracy, and audio quality
• Identify and label specific errors such as unnatural pauses, robotic inflection, mispronunciations, word omissions or substitutions, and background noise
• Provide consistent, honest assessments based on provided guidelines
• Complete tasks at your own pace within agreed timelines

REQUIREMENTS-

• Native or near-native fluency in the target language
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow evaluation guidelines and apply them consistently
• Access to headphones or speakers for clear audio playback
• Reliable internet connection and a computer or tablet

NICE TO HAVE-

• Background in linguistics, voice acting, or audio production
• Prior experience in data annotation or quality evaluation
• Familiarity with text-to-speech or voice AI technology
