Job Description
1. ATM Auditor / Internal AuditorKey Responsibilities:
- Verify ATM operations, cash management, and security controls.
- Check compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and SOPs.
- Review ATM uptime, downtime, and incident records.
- Conduct physical verification of ATM sites and cash balances.
- Audit EJ logs (Electronic Journal), transaction records, and reconciliation reports.
- Identify fraud risks, skimming risks, and unauthorized access issues.
- Review CCTV availability and retention compliance.
- Verify vendor performance (cash replenishment, housekeeping, maintenance).
- Check password controls and access management.
