Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Delivery Associates (E-Van Drivers) to manage daily pickup and delivery of clothes using company-provided electric 3-wheeler vans. The role involves ensuring timely deliveries, safe handling of parcels, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate electric 3-wheeler vans for pickups and deliveries.
- Follow assigned routes using Google Maps.
- Ensure parcels are handled safely and delivered on time.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Maintain grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.
Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week with rotational weekly off.
- Shift options: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
- 9-hour shifts including 1-hour break.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) or 4-Wheeler driving license.
- Physically fit for daily delivery schedules.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior delivery/logistics experience preferred.
- Languages: Kannada/Hindi mandatory; English, Tamil, Telugu – added advantage.
