Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with 2–3 years of experience in preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should be capable of interpreting engineering or architectural concepts and converting them into detailed drawings while coordinating with engineers, architects, designers, and project teams. Typical responsibilities include creating plans, sections, elevations, revisions, and construction documentation. (Vestian)

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop layout plans, sections, elevations, and fabrication/construction drawings.
• Interpret engineering, architectural, or design specifications and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and version control.
• Support site execution teams with technical clarifications and as-built drawings.
• Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and project documentation, where applicable. (Vestian)
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Good understanding of construction/manufacturing standards and drafting practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. (foundit)
• QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on drafting experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or interior design.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in commercial, residential, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
• Knowledge of BIM, construction drawings, or fabrication drawings is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
