Job Description
Trinity NDT WeldSolutions Private Limited — a NABL- and NADCAP Merit-accredited welding centre, NDT testing lab, and training institute based in Peenya, Bangalore — is seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Executive – Welding Department to support our welding services division. This is a critical back-office and client-facing role that bridges technical documentation, order management, and customer communication. The position is best suited for a candidate who is methodical, articulate, and comfortable working with both technical documents and customer interactions on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage welding documentation including WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), PQR (Procedure Qualification Records), and WPQ (Welder Performance Qualifications) as per relevant codes and standards
- Summarise and compile laboratory and welding test results into clear, structured reports for customers and internal records
- Respond to new customer enquiries (email, phone, WhatsApp) promptly and professionally in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Follow up with customers on order status, pending approvals, document submissions, and delivery schedules
- Monitor and track order execution at all stages — from enquiry to job completion — and flag delays to the concerned team
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all jobs, inspection reports, certifications, and customer correspondence
- Perform accurate data entry for job cards, test records, and billing information in the company's management system
- Coordinate internally with the welding team, quality department, and accounts to ensure smooth job execution
- Assist in preparing quotations, job orders, and dispatch documentation
