Backend Operations, System Tester & Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a focused Backend Operations, System Tester & Data Specialist to handle daily client requirement fulfillment using our internal system. In this role, you will process data requests, perform basic user testing, and flag any system errors or visual glitches. Your work will ensure client orders are completed accurately while helping our technical team spot broken features in the software.

Key Responsibilities

📧 Client Requirement Delivery & Tool Operation

• Process client requests using the company's internal software.
• Enter client data accurately into backend databases and systems.
• Verify completed tasks against basic client requirements before delivery.
• Meet daily targets for volume, processing speed, and data accuracy.

⏱️ SLA Management & Turnaround Time (TAT)

• Deliver client requirements strictly within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prioritize urgent queues and high-priority tickets to prevent any delivery delays.
• Monitor processing time for each task to maintain consistent speed.
• Escalate potential delays to the supervisor before a client deadline is missed.

🎯 Data Accuracy & Completeness

• Perform thorough checks to ensure zero data omission or typing errors.
• Verify data fields are entirely filled out and match the source documents.
• Cross-reference system data with client inputs to maintain a 99%+ accuracy rate.
• Correct wrong entries immediately upon finding discrepancies in the database.

🧪 System Testing & Issue Identification

• Check system screens for layout breaks, missing buttons, or UI glitches.
• Spot backend errors such as stuck screens, slow loading, or failed updates.
• Note patterns of when the internal tool crashes or fails.
• Re-test fixed tools to confirm that basic features are working again.

📝 Process Documentation & Error Reporting

• Write down notes on how to complete specific daily tasks.
• List specific error messages and the exact actions that caused them.
• Take screenshots of bugs and system failures for the technical team.
• Keep daily trackers updated with progress and system downtime logs.

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Report system failures immediately to the supervisor or tech team.
• Share user feedback on how to make the internal tool easier to use.
• Follow strict data privacy rules to protect sensitive client information.
