Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and baking cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts

Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment

Support daily production and prep activities

Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality

Assist in basic cake decoration and finishing

Help with inventory management and stock rotation

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or culinary environment

Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

Passion for baking and willingness to learn

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required

Good time management and attention to detail

Team player with a positive attitude
