Key Responsibilities(Branch Banking)

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with bank branch managers and staff.

Sales Strategy: Implement sales plans, drive product promotion, and achieve targets for insurance/financial products.

Training & Support: Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank employees.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and report to management.

Marketing & Campaigns: Collaborate on promotional activities within bank branches.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations and company policies.

Customer Service: Handle customer queries and support after-sales service

Key Responsibilities and Duties(VRM Channel):

Sales Generation: Drive sales of insurance products through telephone, email, and virtual channels.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Customer Support & Service: Handle customer inquiries, solve complaints, and assist with policy renewals and documentation.

Need Analysis & Advisory: Provide tailored advice to customers based on their financial needs (needs-based selling).

Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and update leads in the Lead Management System (LMS).

Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including renewals and premium collection
