Roles

1. Prepare beverages.

2. Deliver service - taking and fulfilling orders and handling transactions.

3. Adhere strictly to food safety and health guidelines.

4. Focus on quality and consistency in taste and presentation according to recipes and standards.

4. Monitor and restock all raw materials.

5. Maintain a clean workplace

6. Support other team members in creating a positive environment.

Requirements

1. Candidate should preferably have done a formal Barista or Hotel Management course (Degree, Diploma or Certificate) with appropriate training.

2. Should have good product knowledge of coffee, tea and milk based beverages.

3. Should be skilled in preparing beverages manually and operating the espresso m/c, grinder, blender and other cafe equipment.

4. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Should be comfortable working with neurodiverse adults.

6. Should be passionate about good coffee preparation and maintaining a positive customer experience. 

7. Additional skills in Bakery or other culinary skills shall be preferable.
