Job Description
Hiring: Barista – Biopeak Café | Indiranagar, Bengaluru
Biopeak is a Bengaluru-based AI healthcare startup launching a premium healthy café on 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar. The café combines specialty coffee, classic European café culture, and modern health-conscious dining in a refined hospitality environment.
We are looking for skilled and passionate Baristas who understand coffee craftsmanship, guest experience, and operational discipline. Candidates should have prior café or specialty coffee experience and a strong interest in quality-focused beverage service.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, manual brews, and specialty drinks
- Maintain consistency in coffee quality, milk texturing, and presentation
- Handle grinders, espresso machines, and café equipment efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workstation organisation at all times
- Deliver warm and professional customer service
- Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a barista in cafés or specialty coffee outlets
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art, and coffee fundamentals
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced premium café environment
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and continuous learning
Location: 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru
