HIRING for Bartender for Chili's Restaurant Brand


Chili's Grill & Bar (stylized as Chili's) is an American casual dining restaurant chain, founded in 1975.

Job Role for Bartender:

  • Ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Mix classic and custom cocktails accurately.
  • Pour beer, wine, and spirits correctly.
  • Prep garnishes, ice, and glassware.
  • Serve snacks or bar food when needed.
  • Greet guests warmly and take orders.
  • Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
  • Monitor alcohol intake and stop service if needed.
  • Answer questions and recommend menu items.
  • Clean counters, tools, and glasses.
  • Restock beer, liquor, and mixers.
  • Handle cash and card payments via POS systems.
  • Count and balance the cash drawer.
  • Displays a favorable image of Chili's Grill & Bar at all times.
