Bartender – Mà Là Kitchen

Location: Bengaluru

Mà Là Kitchen is looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. We are seeking someone who understands modern bar operations, has strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and can deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency

• Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness, and stock levels

• Handle daily bar prep and inventory responsibly

• Engage professionally with guests and recommend beverages

• Coordinate smoothly with service and kitchen teams

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and responsible alcohol service standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender in restaurants, bars, or premium casual dining outlets

• Good understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, mixers, and bar tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service

• Positive attitude, grooming standards, and team mindset

Candidates with experience in Asian dining concepts or high-energy restaurant environments will be preferred.
