About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, well-groomed, and customer-centric female Beauty Advisor to represent our brand in Bangalore. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations, demonstrating makeup and skincare products, and ensuring every customer has an exceptional and inspiring in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome and assist customers in selecting beauty products (skincare, makeup, and fragrance) that best suit their needs, skin types, and preferences.
• Product Demonstration & Consultation: Provide expert beauty tips, personalized recommendations, and hands-on demonstrations (makeup application, skincare routines).
• Sales & Target Achievement: Actively drive sales to achieve and exceed daily/monthly store targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Brand Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of all product lines, new launches, industry trends, and brand guidelines.
• Store Operations: Ensure proper stock replenishment, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising at the counter.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass/Diploma/Graduate. A certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Makeup Artistry is highly preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience (6 months to 3 years) in beauty retail, cosmetics, or customer service.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Kannada (knowing Hindi or other local languages is an added advantage).
• Excellent persuasion and customer-handling abilities.
• Attributes: Pleasant personality, impeccably groomed, confident, and a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
