# Cold Beverage Specialist

## About the Role

Mugberry is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Cold Beverage Specialists** to prepare and serve premium cold beverages while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beverage preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure consistency in every product served.

## Key Responsibilities

* Prepare fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, smoothies, avil milk, cold coffee, mojitos, mocktails, Italian sodas, and popping boba beverages as per Mugberry recipes and SOPs.

* Ensure every beverage meets the Company's quality, presentation, and taste standards.

* Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fresh fruits and ingredients before service.

* Operate and maintain blenders, juicers, beverage equipment, and workstations.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation area at all times.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of fruits, dairy products, syrups, toppings, and other ingredients.

* Follow portion control and minimize wastage.

* Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.

* Coordinate with team members for smooth and timely order preparation.

* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude.

* Support outlet opening and closing activities.

* Follow all Company policies, food safety standards, and operational guidelines.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience in a juice shop, café, beverage outlet, restaurant, or QSR.

* Good knowledge of fresh fruits and cold beverage preparation.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Basic English and local language communication preferred.
