Job Description

  • 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Verify billing data, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain records of payments, outstanding balances, and reconciliations.
  • Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts) for smooth billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Generate periodic billing and collection reports for management review.
