Job Description

  • Skills Required:Billing Management
  • Billing Software Usage
  • Data Entry & Invoicing
  • GST & E-way Billing
  • Tally ERP (Mandatory)
  • Record Keeping & Reconciliation
  • Job Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all billing activities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Generate invoices, manage accounts receivable, and handle payment tracking
  • Use Tally software for billing, data entry, and report generation
  • Prepare and file e-way bills as per compliance
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for billing-related issues
  • Maintain digital and physical records of all billing and payment activities
  • Ensure billing compliance with GST and accounting norms
