Job Role:
As a Tele Caller, your main responsibility will be to contact potential customers, explain our services/projects, and generate leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain company products or real estate projects
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM
- Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally
Working Hours:
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: (e.g., 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed salary: ₹____ per month
- Performance-based incentives for qualified leads or bookings
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, or local language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confidence in speaking with customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
