Job Title: Sales Manager – Fitness Academy

Location: Bangalore - Padmanabhanagar, Banashankri - **work from office only**

Experience Level: Experienced (Fitness industry background preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our fitness academy’s sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands both sales strategy and the fitness industry, and is ready to take ownership of performance, targets, and team outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive student enrollment and revenue growth through effective sales strategies
• Manage and convert leads (walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee daily sales operations and reporting
• Maintain high conversion rates and meet monthly targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (fitness industry experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fluent in English - extra languages is a big plus (Kannada, Malayalam)
• Highly committed, disciplined, and result-oriented
• Willingness to work hard and perform in a target-driven environment
• Reliable, consistent, and accountable
