Associate Business Development Manager (BDM)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Compensation: ₹6 – 8 LPA

Role Overview- We are looking for an Associate Business Development Manager (BDM) who can effectively engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them by recommending the right procurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with designers, architects, contractors, and builders
- Understand project needs and material requirements
- Recommend suitable products and procurement solutions
- Convert leads into long-term customers
- Collaborate closely with internal supply and operations teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable interacting with construction professionals
- Solution-oriented mindset (beyond price-based selling)
- Strong learning aptitude and adaptability
- Ability to join within 0–30 days
