Business Development & Corporate Admissions Executive (Female Only)

Sebyx Academy is an elite corporate sales consulting and performance training firm founded by an 18-year national enterprise sales veteran. We are looking for an exceptionally confident, well-groomed, and articulate female professional to act as the face of our academy in Bengaluru.

Your primary role will be to reach out to corporate sales professionals, retail floor staff across premium malls, and inside sales rookies to guide them into our high-ticket weekend Masterclasses.

Preferred Candidate Backgrounds (Any of the following):

• Aviation / Cabin Crew / Ground Staff: Aspirants or trained graduates from Frankfinn, PTC, or airline training institutes who possess elite corporate presentation standards.
• Premium Organized Retail / Beauty Counters: Candidates who have actively worked on the floor for brands like Sephora, Nykaa Luxe, MAC, Zara, Shoppers Stop, or premium luxury outlets.
• Hospitality / Front Desk: Guest Relations Executives (GRE) or front-office professionals from luxury hotels or high-end corporate complexes.

Core Requirements & Key Skills:

1. Impeccable Executive Presence: High-poise grooming, a professional wardrobe, and an excellent, welcoming smile are mandatory. You will be the face of the brand.
2. Verbal Agility: Fluent spoken English and warm, highly persuasive corporate Hindi communication.
3. High Financial Hunger: You must be highly self-motivated by daily numbers and cash incentives, not just a fixed salary.
4. No Camera Shyness: Complete ease and confidence during live video calls, corporate presentations, and video check-ins.
