Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solutions such as:

  • CCTV Surveillance Systems
  • Access Control Systems (ACS)
  • Intruder Alarm Systems (IAS)
  • Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
  • Public Address Systems (PAS)
  • Home Automation Solutions

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Meet prospective customers including builders, architects, consultants, contractors, corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, industries, and residential customers.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Sales & Customer EngagementUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable ELV and automation solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Coordinate site visits and surveys with customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Project CoordinationCoordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure timely customer communication during project implementation.
  • Follow up for payments and customer satisfaction.
  • Market DevelopmentTrack market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • ReportingMaintain customer records and sales activities in CRM or company reporting formats.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

EducationCandidates with any of the following qualifications are eligible:

  • Diploma (Any Discipline)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
  • B.E./B.Tech (Any Engineering Stream)
  • MBA (Marketing or Business Development preferred)
  • Experience0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Technical Sales.
  • Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

  • Willingness to work in the field and meet customers regularly.

  • Mandatory RequirementsValid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence (Mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
