We collaborate with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations across India to deliver high-quality technical and professional training programs.

We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our institutional network in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach engineering colleges, diploma colleges, schools, universities, and training institutes.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits.
• Schedule meetings with Principals, Directors, Deans, HODs, Placement Officers, and management teams.
• Present CDTC's training programs and business solutions professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel and prepare daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful program execution.
• Represent CDTC at educational events, seminars, and career fairs whenever required.

Eligibility

Freshers

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and nearby regions.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and relationship building.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Experienced Candidates

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, EdTech, Training, or Institutional Sales.
• Experience in B2B or Educational Institution Sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Required Skills

• Good communication in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in meeting clients and giving presentations.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
