Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

CDTC (Central Development & Training Center Pvt. Ltd.) is an industry-focused skill development and engineering training organization committed to bridging the gap between education and industry. We collaborate with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations across India to deliver high-quality technical and professional training programs.
We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our institutional network in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach engineering colleges, diploma colleges, schools, universities, and training institutes.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits.
- Schedule meetings with Principals, Directors, Deans, HODs, Placement Officers, and management teams.
- Present CDTC's training programs and business solutions professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel and prepare daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful program execution.
- Represent CDTC at educational events, seminars, and career fairs whenever required.
Eligibility
Freshers
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and nearby regions.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and relationship building.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Experienced Candidates
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, EdTech, Training, or Institutional Sales.
- Experience in B2B or Educational Institution Sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Required Skills
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in meeting clients and giving presentations.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
