Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Data Research

•       Identify and build targeted prospect lists by scraping and extracting data from online platforms, directories, LinkedIn, and industry databases.

•       Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.

•       Manage and maintain a clean, organised lead database in the CRM system.

Email Outreach & Marketing

•       Draft, personalise, and send outreach emails to prospective clients to generate interest and book meetings.

•       Design and execute email campaigns; track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimise performance.

•       Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

Client Interaction & Presentations

•       Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product or service presentations via Zoom or other video conferencing platforms.

•       Prepare professional slide decks and presentation materials tailored to each prospect’s needs.

•       Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and address client queries during virtual meetings.

Client Screening & Qualification

•       Screen inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline

•       Qualify prospects and hand over sales-ready leads to senior team members or close deals independently.

•       Document client requirements and feedback accurately for internal collaboration.


Required Skills & Competencies

•       verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional demeanour.

•       Proficiency in data scraping tools and techniques .

•       Strong email marketing skills with experience using platforms such as Mailchimp, Lemlist, or Woodpecker.

•       Ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.

•       Comfortable conducting client-facing meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

•       Strong analytical and screening skills to evaluate and qualify potential clients effectively.

•       Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM).

•       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
