Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through open market, builders, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Source customers for Home Loans and LAP products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth login, sanction, and disbursement process.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for faster approvals.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain portfolio quality and customer service standards.
• Cross-sell financial products wherever applicable.
• Conduct field visits and market mapping for business generation.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
• Experience in DSA handling and builder sourcing preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Candidate should be comfortable with field sales.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileLocal market knowledge of Bangalore.
• Existing network with DSAs, builders, and connectors.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
