We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join Eternal Nest Properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and inviting them to visit our property sites. The role focuses on lead qualification, customer rapport building, and converting interested leads into potential site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100–180 outbound calls daily to potential customers from the company-provided lead database.
Engage prospects by explaining project details, amenities, and investment opportunities.
Identify and filter out interested customers based on their needs and preferences.
Schedule and follow up on callbacks for customers who show interest.
Convince qualified leads to visit property sites for detailed discussions and walkthroughs.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects to build trust and enhance brand reputation.
Record daily interactions, feedback, and progress updates accurately in the CRM or tracking sheet.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion strategies
