About Butter Money

At Butter Money, we’re rethinking how home financing works in India. We partner with real estate professionals and homebuyers to simplify and accelerate the home loan journey through technology, strong bank relationships, and hands-on execution.

We’re a small, fast-moving team solving real problems in the housing finance ecosystem. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and seeing deals come to life, this role will give you a front-row seat to how the real estate and finance ecosystem works.


About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be to grow and manage Butter Money’s partner network. You will work closely with real estate channel partners, DSAs, and financial advisors — helping them close more deals by leveraging Butter Money’s home loan execution platform.

This is a high-ownership, field-driven role where relationship building and consistent engagement with partners are key to success.


What You’ll Do:

Partner Prospecting & Onboarding

Identify and meet real estate channel partners, DSAs, and financial advisors

Introduce Butter Money and onboard new partners into the ecosystem

Build strong relationships with partners in your territory

Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

Maintain regular engagement with partners through meetings, calls, and visits

Understand partner pipelines and upcoming property transactions

Ensure partners actively refer loan opportunities to Butter Money

Helping Partners Close More Deals

Work closely with partners to guide their clients through the home loan journey

Help partners improve their deal closures by ensuring smoother loan execution

Educate partners about loan processes, eligibility, documentation, and bank options

Partner Growth & Activation

Track partner activity and ensure consistent lead flow

Identify high-potential partners and deepen engagement with them

Organize partner meetings, visits, and relationship-building activities

Gather feedback from partners and share insights with internal teams to improve processes.


Who This Role Is For:


Have 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, or financial services

Enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and being in the field

Are proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Have a strong growth mindset and willingness to learn

Understand the basics of home loans, financial products, or the real estate ecosystem

Experience in PropTech, FinTech, housing finance, or real estate brokerage is a strong plus.
