Core Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify new property acquisition targets, client leads, and B2B partnerships with builders and investors.
- Sales & Negotiation: Pitch property portfolios or advisory services, negotiate contract terms, and close high-value deals.
- Market Research: Monitor local property trends, competitor pricing, and emerging real estate micro-markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term communication with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and high-net-worth buyers.
- Sales Reporting: Track daily outreach, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts using CRM software. [1, 2, 4, 5]
