Position Title: Executive / Senior Executive - Business


Development


Department: Sales & Marketing (B2B & Doctor Referral)

Reporting To: Center Head / Area Business Head

Location: As assigned (Mangalore, Hassan, Raichur


and across Bangalore)

Job Purpose

The Business Development professional is responsible for driving patient footfalls and revenue

growth at the assigned center by building robust networks with doctors and corporate clients.

The role focuses on market expansion, brand building, and establishing long-term referral

partnerships.


Roles & Responsibilities

 Responsible for Doctor referral marketing.

 Building a strong doctor network.

 Meet doctors on a daily basis in the assigned territory.

 To Conduct Awareness Program for General Public in the Doctor Hospital/Clinic on Various

eye Awareness day. To Conduct Camps for Hospital / Doctor Clinic / Chemists Association &

General Public.

 To Audit the Referral kit has been delivered to the Referee.

 Focus on increasing the walkins and patient footfalls in the hospital.

 Will be responsible for handling Corporate Clients such as Banks / Govt., Departments / PSU

/ IT Companies / Educational institutions, etc., for brand building, conducting camps and

managing strong relationships with customers.

 Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of

deals with necessary documentations.

 Helping the clients to understand various product offerings and solutions available with Dr.

Agarwal’s.

 Handling all B2B activities in order to increase footfalls in the hospital.


 Responsible for revenue and growth of the assigned center.


Required Skills & Experience

 Experience in business development and B2B activities.

 Excellent Communication and relationship building skills.

 Self – Driven Personality.

 Good Knowledge in MS-Excel and PPT’s.

 Thorough knowledge of the geographic location.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Monthly Target Achievement: Revenue and patient footfall growth.

 Network Expansion: Number of new doctors/clinics added to the referral network.

 Client Retention: Sustaining relationships with existing corporate partners.

 Activity Rate: Daily doctor calls and frequency of awareness camps conducted.

 Reporting: Timely submission of daily and monthly sales reports.
