- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Meet prospective customers and explain our elevator products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- RequirementsExperience in field sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a bike.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within Bangalore.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: ₹7,000+ (based on achievements)
