Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and student-focused Program Manager / Career Counselor to drive learner engagement, counseling, admissions, and program success. The ideal candidate will guide prospective learners in selecting the right training and certification programs while ensuring an exceptional learner experience throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Admissions  

Counsel students and professionals on training programs, certifications, and career opportunities.

Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.

Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and relationship building.

Conduct career guidance sessions and webinars

Program Management  

Coordinate training schedules, learner onboarding, and program delivery.

Ensure smooth execution of training programs and learner engagement activities.

Track learner progress and provide necessary support throughout the program lifecycle.

Maintain learner records and program documentation

Business Development Support

Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, institutions, and corporate partners.

Support enrollment targets and business growth initiatives.

Placement & Career Support

Assist learners with resume building, interview preparation, and job opportunities.

Coordinate with placement and recruitment teams for hiring drives and career events.

Monitor learner outcomes and placement success metrics. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

MBA or relevant certifications are an added advantage.

3–5 years of experience in EdTech, Training, Education, Admissions, Counseling, or Business Development.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling may also apply.
