Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential clients through market research, cold outreach (calls/emails).
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and discover upsell opportunities.
- Strategy & Planning: Developing business growth strategies and sales plans to meet monthly or quarterly revenue targets.
- Pitching & Presentations: Creating customized proposals and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the company’s value proposition to potential partners.
- Negotiation & Closing: Leading contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and successfully closing deals that align with company goals.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify gaps in the market and suggest product improvements.
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align outreach efforts and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or less
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: High degree of resilience, adaptability, strategic thinking, and strong time-management abilities.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of new qualified leads generated & close per month.
- Total revenue generated from new accounts.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Number of strategic partnerships established.
