Job Description
- Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online research
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Present company products/services effectively to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Provide feedback to marketing/product teams for strategy improvement
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in sales tools
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue goals
2-month Business Development Executive, post-probation Business development Associate.
- Post probation -Promotion to BDA with ₹4–6 LPA package
- Fast-track growth opportunities in sales leadership and account management
Compensation & Incentives
- BDE : Entitled UPTO ₹22,000 which includes
Performance pay : ₹18,000 per month
Incentives : ₹10,000 per month
- BDA: ₹5.5 CTC (4 LPA Base+ 1.5 LPA variable components)
- Performance bonuses, recognition programs, and career development support
