Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to promote and sell loan and financial products to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to offer loan and financial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of financial products such as personal loans, business loans, credit cards, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
