Job Description
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and corporate customers.
• Promote and sell financial products such as Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Car Loans, OD/CC Facilities, and Supply Chain Finance.
• Conduct client meetings to understand financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
