Business Development Executive (BDE) – Real Estate
Company: Rohan Infra Builders & Developers
Rohan Infra Builders & Developers is expanding and launching a new branch in Kengeri. We are hiring 20–25 Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

📍 Work Locations
- Rajajinagar (6th Block & surrounding areas)
- Kengeri (New Branch)
Candidates residing near Rajajinagar, Kengeri, Nagarbhavi, Vijayanagar, Basaveshwaranagar, RR Nagar, Magadi Road, and nearby areas are preferred.
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential plots to prospective clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Convince clients through effective communication.
- Coordinate office visits and site visits.
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
✅ Eligibility
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
⏰ Working Hours
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Working Days
6 Days a Week
