ABOUT CAPITALFLEX
CapitalFlex is a leading Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We partner with India’s top Private Banks, Government Banks (PSUs), and NBFCs.
THE ROLE
We are looking for active and hardworking people for our Bangalore field sales team. Your main goal is to find customers who need loans and help them get the money they need from our partner banks.
PRODUCTS YOU WILL HANDLE
- Loans: Personal, Business, Home, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Vehicles & Business: Auto/Car Loans and Machinery Loans for factories.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES
- Field Sourcing: Visit markets, shops, and residential areas daily to find new customers.
- Consulting: Listen to the customer’s needs and suggest the best bank offer.
- Document Collection: Collect KYC, salary slips, and bank statements from the customer.
- Closing: Follow up with the bank and the customer until the loan is paid out.
REQUIREMENTS
- Communication: Must be able to talk confidently to strangers and build trust.
- Local Knowledge: Should know Bangalore areas well and willing to travel.
- Growth focused: Must be hardworking and eager to earn big incentives.
- Basic Finance: Should understand what a CIBIL score is and read a bank statement.
