About the RoleWe are seeking a polished, results-driven Sales Executive to join our premium KAFF brand showroom in Jayanagar. As the face of our showroom, you will guide homeowners, architects, and interior designers through our high-end range of built-in kitchen appliances. The ideal candidate understands the luxury interior space, excels at client relationship management, and is passionate about delivering a seamless, consultative sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Consultation: Provide expert guidance on our premium KAFF appliance lineup, including built-in hobs, chimneys, ovens, and dishwashers, ensuring clients find the perfect fit for their modular kitchens.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Diligently track all walk-ins, leads, and client communications through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Professional Outreach: Conduct polished follow-ups and outreach via phone and professional WhatsApp communication to close deals and nurture relationships with B2B partners (architects and designers).
- Technical Advising: Leverage knowledge of modular kitchen integration and premium interior materials (such as HDHMR, PU, Duco, and acrylic finishes) to help clients visualize the final aesthetic and appliance fit.
- Showroom Standards: Maintain the visual merchandising and overall pristine condition of the Jayanagar showroom to reflect a world-class, premium brand aesthetic.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial consultation and generating quotations to coordinating delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2+ years of proven sales experience in high-end retail, modular kitchens, home appliances, or interior design sectors.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding showroom targets.
- Aesthetic & Technical Understanding: Familiarity with premium lifestyle brands and a solid understanding of kitchen layouts and material specifications.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating CRM software for daily reporting and lead management.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
