Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Junior Business Development Associates (Jr. BDA). This role is designed for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in sales, business development, learner counselling, and customer engagement. The selected candidate will work closely with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable learning programs. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided during the probation period.

Key Responsibilities

● Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings. ● Understand learner aspirations, career goals, and professional challenges. ● Counsel learners regarding AcceleratorX programs and career opportunities. ● Explain program curriculum, mentorship model, project work, and expected outcomes. ● Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective learners. ● Convert qualified leads into enrollments. ● Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. ● Achieve assigned enrollment, revenue, and collection targets. ● Coordinate with internal teams for seamless learner onboarding. ● Maintain a professional and learner-centric approach throughout the sales cycle.

KPI & Performance Expectations The candidate will be expected to achieve: ● Daily calling targets ● Daily follow-up targets ● Counselling session targets ● Monthly enrollment targets ● Revenue and collection targets ● CRM hygiene and reporting compliance Consistent achievement of assigned KPIs will be a key factor in performance evaluation. Eligibility Criteria ● Graduated in any discipline. ● Freshers are encouraged to apply. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent learning attitude and willingness to grow. ● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. ● Basic computer proficiency. ● Strong ownership and accountability mindset.

Compensation StructureDuring Probation Period (3 Months) ● Take-home Salary: ₹18,000 per month Upon Successful Completion of Probation Annual CTC: ₹7,00,000 Compensation Structure: ● Fixed Pay: ₹4,00,000 per annum ● Variable Pay: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum based on performance, target achievement, and company policies. Confirmation of employment and movement to the regular compensation structure will be subject to successful completion of probation and satisfactory performance.
