Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview 1. Understanding and Managing Media Planning across sections such as Newspaper, Radio, Television, Outdoor, etc. 2. Coordinate with Business Development/Sales Team for lead generation, presentations and Sales Sheet. 3. Coordinate with Operations Team for Better execution of ongoing campaigns. 4. Taking Feedback and Complaints from Clients and forwarding the same to Operations & Business Development Team. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary. 2. Answers phone calls from clients and deal with problems as they arise 3. Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with our service. 4. Coordinate with Sales Team & Clients in Media Planning and Campaign Execution. 5. Provides any necessary data, reports and presentation to team & client. 6. Arranges appointments with clients and sales team 7. Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls 8. Updates all contact information for clients. 9. Deals with any complaints and resolves the issue as necessary 10. Does any necessary administrative work.
