📍 Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)
🕒 Full-Time | Day Shift
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹22,500 – ₹28,000 + Uncapped Incentives
Average Earnings
• Fixed Salary: ₹22,500 – ₹28,000
• Average Monthly Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
• Experienced and high-performing team members currently earn anywhere between ₹10,000 and ₹1,00,000+ per month in incentives
• Compensation and salary may be revised within 3–6 months based on performance.

About the Role:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and helping them explore opportunities within the financial markets.
You will be responsible for generating business, converting leads, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to conversion.
• Maintain CRM records and client updates.
• Meet monthly sales and performance targets.
• Stay updated on financial market trends and company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in sales, business development, telesales, customer-facing roles, or financial services will be an advantage
Preferred Skills:
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hindi proficiency preferred.
• Additional regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, etc. are an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
