Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Uber trips across assigned city zones for a minimum shift of 10.5 hours per day
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, punctuality, and high passenger ratings (4.5+)
- Follow designated shift timings and report availability on time
- Adhere to traffic rules, safety standards, and Uber app guidelines
- Coordinate with fleet operations team for vehicle handover/return
Earnings Structure:
- Fixed daily base payout for completing the minimum 10.5-hour shift
- Performance incentives based on trips completed, acceptance rate, and ratings
- Bonus payouts for weekly/monthly target achievement
- Fuel and vehicle maintenance covered by the company
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driving license (badge mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience (cab/commercial preferred)
- Smartphone literacy – ability to operate Uber Driver app
- Kannada/Hindi/English communication (basic)
- Age: 21–45 years
