Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Greet customers and take accurate orders.Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.Assemble light food items like sandwiches and snacks.Operate EPOS tills and process payments.Maintain cleanliness in seating and serving areas.Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup.Restock supplies and update inventory levels.
Key Requirements
Basic food preparation and barista skills.Excellent customer service and communication.Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.High standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer-facing role.Valid food handler’s permit (or ability to obtain one).
