Campus Relationship Executive:

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and organize campus hiring drives in colleges.
• Plan and conduct career guidance sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Build and maintain relationships with placement officers and college management.
• Identify and connect with new colleges for campus partnerships.
• Coordinate student registrations and campus recruitment activities.
• Promote 10000Coders programs and career opportunities during campus events.
• Maintain records of college partnerships, workshops, and campus activities.
• Follow up with colleges regarding event schedules and placement opportunities.
• Coordinate and actively participate in college drives, workshops, seminars, and campus engagement activities.
• Represent 10000Coders during campus drives, workshops, career guidance sessions, and other official events.
• Be willing to travel across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other states as required for campus drives, workshops, and official assignments. Official travel expenses incurred for approved business travel will be reimbursed by the company as per the company travel policy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campus recruitment and engagement initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and support organizational initiatives whenever required.
