Designation: Car Mechanic / Automobile Technician
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance as per Mahindra service standards.
• Handle mechanical repairs including engine, clutch, brake, suspension, transmission, and other vehicle systems.
• Identify vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and provide effective solutions.
• Carry out periodic maintenance service (PMS), running repairs, and major repairs.
• Ensure quality workmanship, timely job completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and follow workshop safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Floor Supervisors for vehicle repair updates.
• Maintain proper job card updates and support smooth workshop operations.
