Job Description
Cradlewell provides newborn and postnatal care at home through trained Nurses and Mother & Baby Attendants.
We are looking for a responsible and calm coordinator who can manage daily service delivery, customer escalations, staff coordination, and rota planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer escalations politely and professionally
• Prepare daily and weekly staff rota
• Coordinate with Nurses and MOBAs for shifts, attendance, leaves, and replacements
• Call and update staff database regularly
• Track active services, start dates, end dates, and weekly offs
• Coordinate with sales before service starts
• Share daily operations report with management
• Ensure smooth service delivery for every family
Requirements:
• 0–3 years experience in healthcare, home healthcare, hospital coordination, patient care, or staffing operations
• Strong calling and WhatsApp communication skills
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / CRM
• Ability to handle pressure and urgent replacements
• Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada preferred
