Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Department: Patient Care

Reporting To: Nursing In-Charge / Operations Manager

1. Job ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and daily assistance to senior citizens and patients.
2. Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
3. Support patients in walking, transferring from bed to wheelchair, and other daily activities.
4. Monitor and report changes in the patient's health, behaviour, appetite, sleep, or general condition to the nursing team.
5. Assist nurses with basic patient-care activities as instructed.
6. Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort of the patient and surrounding area.
7. Provide companionship and ensure the safety and emotional well-being of residents.
8. Assist during hospital visits, physiotherapy sessions, and patient transfers when required.
9. Follow all Belvaa Medical Care policies, patient-care protocols, and instructions from seniors.
10. Maintain professional behaviour, patience, confidentiality, and respectful communication with patients and their families.

• EligibilityPrevious experience as a Caretaker / Patient Care Attendant / Nursing Assistant is preferred.
• Freshers with a caring attitude may also be considered.
• Ability to work in shifts, including day/night shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working with elderly and dependent patients.
