Job Description
Position: Caretaker (24/7 Patient Support)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated caretaker to provide 24/7 support to a patient. The caretaker will stay with the patient at all times, ensuring their safety, comfort, hygiene, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay with the patient 24/7 and provide continuous care and companionship.
- Assist the patient with feeding and ensure meals are provided on time.
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Assist with toileting and other daily living activities.
- Accompany the patient wherever required, including hospital visits, medical appointments, walks, travel, or other outings.
- Support the patient's mobility and ensure their safety at all times.
- Keep the patient's room and personal belongings clean and organized.
- Administer medications as instructed by the family or healthcare provider (if applicable).
- Monitor the patient's condition and promptly report any changes to the family.
- Maintain a caring, respectful, and patient-focused approach at all times.
