Job Description
Position: CCTV Technician – Installation & AMC Management
Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV systems (IP & Analog Cameras).
- Installation and maintenance of DVRs, NVRs, switches, and networking equipment.
- CCTV cabling, conduit laying, cable routing, and termination.
- Troubleshooting camera, recording, network, and remote viewing issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits as per AMC schedules.
- Attend breakdown calls and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for service schedules and AMC renewals.
- Ensure proper system handover and customer training after installation.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and accessories.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of IP Cameras, DVR/NVR configuration, networking, and remote access setup.
- Experience in structured cabling and conduit work.
- Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, IP addressing).
- Ability to travel to customer sites.
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
