Job Description

Hiring: Centre Head – Preschool (Sobha Lake Gardens, KR Puram) 🌟

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Centre Head to lead our preschool located at Sobha Lake Gardens, KR Puram.

✨ Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in English (spoken & written)
  • Must be NTT / MTT qualified
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Ability to handle end-to-end administration, daily operations & staff coordination
  • Proactive in parent communication, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth centre functioning
  • Should be warm, child-friendly, and passionate about early childhood education

📌 Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day preschool operations
  • Managing admissions, enquiries, and parent interactions
  • Supervising teachers and support staff
  • Ensuring safety, hygiene, and adherence to school policies
  • Coordinating events, activities, and academic schedules
