Job Description
Timing - 2 PM to 10 PM
Work Week : Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week) - Monday holiday
Location: Jp Nagar, Bangalore
Job Overview:
As a Centre Manager at Scooled, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility, driving business development, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining facility standards & KPI’s, and leading the on-ground team. You will be accountable for everything that happens during your shift.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & People Management
- Oversee daily functioning of all sports areas
- Implement and monitor SOPs, checklists, and safety standards.
- Create staff rosters, manage attendance, and ensure shift discipline.
- Lead, train, and review staff performance; conduct huddles and reviews.
2. Customer Experience & Community Engagement
- Act as the face of the centre — greet, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- Monitor and improve member satisfaction and retention.
- Build relationships with parents, members, and local associations.
- Promote Scooled events, tournaments, and programs in the community.
3. Facility & Compliance
- Inspect facilities and coordinate with vendors for maintenance/cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, first-aid, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee CCTV, fire safety, and emergency readiness.
4. Finance & Business Development
- Manage daily cash/digital collections, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Prevent revenue leakage; ensure bookings and memberships are tracked.
- Drive revenue by promoting memberships, rentals, events, and partnerships.
- Assist in local marketing initiatives and corporate tie-ups.
5. Reporting & Systems
- Maintain dashboards/MIS on revenue, staff, and enrolments.
- Train staff on CRM/ERP tools for bookings and payments.
- Present weekly updates with data-driven recommendations.
